August 2, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1918-99 July 29, 1999 Securities and Exchange Commission SEC Building, EDSA, Greenhills Mandaluyong City Attention: Money Market Department RE : Postponement of Annual Meet of Stockholders Ladies/Gentlemen : Please be informed that during the special meeting of the Board of Directors of Balabac Resources & Holdings, Co., Inc., which has just been concluded, the Board of Directors approved the postponement of the annual meeting of stockholders from September 9, 1999 to November 23, 1999 . The reason for the postponement was the inability of the Corporation to complete all of the reporting and other documentary requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission in time for the meeting originally scheduled on September 9, 1999. prcd Very truly yours, (SGD.)
