Stock Exchange Center Pasig City Dear Ms. Buenaventura : Uniwide Holdings Inc . This is to inform the Exchange that we are in receipt today of a copy of the Order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission dated July 29, 1999 granting an extension of the debt suspension order for another 60 days effective July 29, 1999 to the Uniwide Holdings Inc. and subsidiaries, along with three other affiliate companies, namely: Uniwide Sales, Inc., Uniwide Sales Warehouse Club, Inc. and First Paragon Corporation. The Order also includes the appointment of an Interim Receiver composed of the following: 1. Atty. Monico Jacob Chairman 2. Mr. Arthur Aguilar Member 3.
