February 2, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 191-99 SUBJECT : Non-Compliance of Centennial City, Inc . with the Structured Reportorial Requirements of the Exchange As of date hereof, Centennial City, Inc. ("CITY") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to submit its Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of CITY on February 13, 1999 pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. aisadc For your information.
