Further to Circular No. 1849-99 dated July 27, 1999, in connection with Waterfront Philippines, Inc.'s ("WPI") Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on August 28, 1999 , WPI informed the Exchange that the closing of stock and transfer books of the Corporation shall be from August 10 to August 27, 1999 , instead of August 9 to August 27, 1999 as previously disclosed.
