July 29, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1892-99 SUBJECT : Crown Equities, Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 1116-99 dated May 18, 1999, Crown Equities, Inc. ("CEI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its Amended SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its Audited Financial Statements for fiscal year ending December 31, 1998, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on August 23, 1999 , 5:00 p.m., at the 5th Floor, Sign of the Anvil, PCIBank Tower I, H.V. de la Costa St., Makati City.
