Postponement of the July 1999 Annual Stockholders Meeting The Corporate Secretary was informed by majority stockholders that they could not again attend the Annual Stockholders' meeting in July 1999. Said stockholders would not agree to vote by proxy. In view of this development, the Annual Stockholders' meeting will be postponed anew in view of lack of quorum and reset sometime in December 1999 upon the request of the concerned stockholders. The commission shall be advised of details in due time.
