("ABCI") held on 27 July 1999, wherein a quorum was present and voting, the following were elected officers of ABCI for the ensuing year. 1. Ernesto R. Lagdameo Jr. Chairman 2. Annabelle P. Brown Vice-Chairman of the Board 3. Waiter W. Brown President 4. Patricia B. Juat Treasurer 5. Oliva P. Pedere Corporate Secretary Their term of office shall begin on 1 August 1999. Ernesto R. Lagdameo Jr., the outgoing Vice-Chairman, will replace Walter W. Brown and the latter will replace Jorge M. Yulo as President. The other executive officers remain unchanged.
