Roxas Senen Bacani Antonio J. Roxas Atty. Miguel Gonzalez Eduardo J. Roxas Juan Yulo Miguel A. Gaspar Michael Escaler Santiago R. Elizalde The accounting firm of Sycip Gorres & Velayo was likewise elected as the external auditors of the Company for the ensuing crop-year 1999-2000.
