Building, EDSA Mandaluyong City Philippine Stock Exchange Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : Please be informed that Ayala Corporation signed yesterday agreements with Mitsubishi Corporation, Daito Corporation and Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation related to a project that will engage in centralized trucking, forwarding, customs brokerage and warehousing services. The project will serve the requirements of the manufacturing and export oriented firms particularly those located in the CALABARZON region. The project will be pursued through two (2) existing companies, namely: MD Distripark Manila, Inc. and the MD Express Manila, Inc. Ayala's aggregate equity contributions to the two (2) new joint venture companies will amount to around P83.3 Million.
