February 20, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 187-98 SUBJECT : Benpres Holdings Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of BENPRES HOLDINGS CORPORATION to list additional 1,306,805,756 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share to cover the 2:5 pre-emptive rights offering to stockholders of record as of November 19, 1997 , at an offer price of P5 . 45 per share .
