(PSE) Philippine Stock Exchange Center Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig, Metro Manila Attention: Ms . Grace B . de Guia Assistant Manager Gentlemen/Mesdames : Pursuant to SEC and PSE's disclosure requirements, we report to your good office that the Board of Directors during its Regular Quarterly Meeting held this morning, decided the following matters: a) The amendment to the By-Laws, transferring the date of the Annual Stockholders Meeting from April to any day in July of each year and LLjur b) The contract award to MVS Heavy Equipment Rental & Builders for the construction of the Petron Expressway Center 2 (PEC 2) mega service station. This service station will be built on the southbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway at Balagtas, Bulacan. We trust that we have sufficiently complied with your disclosure requirement.
