February 23, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 185-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO 1 WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) During the past 72 hours, Arco Philippines, Inc., was able to drill to a depth of 3,082 feet, an advance of 22 feet.
