July 26, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1844-99 SUBJECT : MacroAsia Corporation MacroAsia Corporation ("MAC") clarified to the Exchange announcements of a 25% stock dividend declaration flashed on Channel 21 of Sky Cable on July 23, 1999. MAC, in a letter to the Exchange, clarified that: "Please be clarified that there is no truth to the announcements being flashed on Channel 21 of Sky Cable to the effect that MacroAsia Corporation has declared a 25% Stock Dividend. In fact, MacroAsia Corporation has no knowledge that there was such an announcement until we have received calls from various shareholders and brokers confirming the same.
