Alejandrino at the SEC, the Templeton Group of Investment Funds, which claim to own 8% of the registrant's equity, filed a motion to intervene. The motion is still awaiting resolution by the SEC; cdpr further, we also received a copy of the order issued by the SEC's SICD rejecting anew the plea of Mr. Alejandrino for a temporary restraining order. Copy of the order is attached. ORDER For consideration is the petitioner's application for issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) as prayed for in the Amended Petitioner dated July 06, 1998. After a judicious evaluation of the allegations in the respective pleadings and oral arguments of the parties herein, the undersigned is of the belief and so holds, that no great or irreparable injury would result before the matter can be heard. The petitioner was not able to establish under the prevailing circumstances, the extreme urgency of the situation warranting the issuance of a TRO. Hence, the application for the issuance of a TRO is hereby DENIED.
