Santos, please be advised that in view of the reorganization in Zeus Holdings, Inc. and the need to revise and refile the information Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the current board of directors has decided not to proceed with the holding of the stockholders' annual meeting tentatively scheduled by the previous board on August 8, 1998.
