In the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Fortune Cemet Corporation (the "Corporation") held on January 19, 2000 at the Board Room, Makati Stock Exchange Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, the Board of Directors of the Corporation approved the following resolution: "RESOLVED, That the Board of Directors of Fortune Cement Corporation (the "Corporation") resets, as it hereby resets, the special stockholders' meeting of the Corporation scheduled on February 14, 2000 to such later date as may be determined by the Board of Directors."
