Buenaventura Supervisor, Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. 4th Floor, PSE Center Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City Dear Ms. Buenaventura , This refers to your request for clarification on the statement which appeared in news articles yesterday that the Bank expects to post a recurring income of about P250 million this year instead of the P1 billion earlier projected. A significant factor in the probable downgrading of our target is the contraction of our loan book which will impact on our interest income.
