Further postponement of the meeting is necessary in light of the delay in the finalization of the Company's Audited Financial Statements and the preparation of the requisite SEC Form 34-C. prLL The record date for the determination of the stockholders entitled to notice of and vote at the annual stockholders' meeting of the Corporation has been moved from June 30, 1999 to August 30, 1999 .
