August 3, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1801-98 Further to Circular No. 1639-98 dated July 16, 1998, Acesite (Philippines) Hotel Corporation ("DHC") furnished the Exchange on July 31, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on August 19, 1998 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Nautilus Function Room of the Holiday Inn Manila, United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. Stockholders of record as of July 31, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
