Additional Listing Further to Circular No. 1716-98 dated July 23, 1998, please be informed that JG SUMMIT HOLDINGS, INC . (the "Company") is requesting for a resetting of the listing date from July 31, 1998 to August 3, 1998 in order to conform to all the agreements entered into by the Company in relation to its stock rights offering. aisadc In view thereof, the listing of 3,299,755,468 common shares divided into 515,230,468 common shares to cover the first tranche of the 1 : 2 Stock Rights Offering and 2,784,525,000 common shares to cover the declassification of common class "A" shares to common shares is moved from July 31, 1998 to August 3, 1998 .
