("JGS") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Financial Statements, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on August 3, 1999 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Amorsolo Grand Ballroom, Manila Galleria Suites, Asian Development Bank Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The Agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: LexLib 1. Proof of notice of the meeting and existence of a quorum; 2. Reading and approval of the minutes of the Annual Stockholders' Meeting held on July 29, 1998; 3. Annual Report and approval of Financial Statements of the preceding year; 4. Ratification of all acts of the Board of Directors and Management since the last annual stockholders' meeting of July 29, 1998; 5. Election of Board of Directors; 6. Election of External Auditors; 7. Unfinished and/or new business(es); 8. Consideration of such other matters as may properly come during the meeting; 9. Adjournment.
