July 15, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1741-99 SUBJECT : San Miguel Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved the application of SAN MIGUEL CORPORATION to list additional 226,132,028 common shares , with a par value of P5 . 00 per share , divided into 161,756,608 Class "A" shares and 64,375,420 Class "B" shares, to cover the 10% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of June 11, 1999 .
