July 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1731-99 SUBJECT : Metro Pacific Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on June 23, 1999, the listing application of METRO PACIFIC CORPORATION (the "Company") to list additional 400,294,118 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the following private placements of Metro Pacific Holdings, Inc .: a) 200,000,000 common shares , at a subscription price of P2 . 04 per share , approved by the Company's board of directors on April 30, 1999 and fully-paid on May 6, 1999; and b) 200,294,118 common shares , at a subscription price of P2.076 per share , approved by the Company's board of directors on May 14, 1999 and fully-paid on May 17, 1999.
