Please be informed that we are not aware of any material information that may have affected the movement of the prices of MBC shares from P0.30 to P0.45 per share. What we know is that since the last transaction of MBC shares at P0.30 per share, the price of P0.45 has been consistently posted at the PSE Price Index.
