("MJC") furnished the Exchange copies of resignation letters filed by the following directors and officers of the company: 1. Mr. Santiago Cua Chairman of the Board 2. Mr. John Anthony B. Espiritu Vice-Chairman 3. Mr. Solomon S. Cua Director 4. Ms. Juanita Uy Tan Director/Treasurer cdt In connection with the aforesaid resignation, MJC informed the Exchange that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 22, 1998, the following were elected to serve for the remainder of the term of the directors and officers who resigned: 1.
