July 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1727-99 July 13, 1999 Ms. Grace de Guia Assistant Manager, Disclosure Department The Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : Please be advised that at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Asian Pacific Equity Corporation held today and in which a quorum existed, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Nelson Chua as Treasurer of the Corporation. In the same meeting, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board elected Mr. Mariano C. Tanenglian as Vice Chairman and Treasurer in lieu of Mr. Chua who resigned as Treasurer.
