Ong Vice-President, Listings & Disclosure Group RE : Postponement of Annual Stockholders' Meeting Gentlemen : Further to our letter of June 23, 1998, please be informed of the further postponement of our annual stockholders' meeting this year from August 6, 1998 to August 27, 1998 , to be held at 8:30 a.m. in the Romblon Mindoro Room, Westin Philippine Plaza, CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Metro Manila. The further postponement of the meeting is due to the recent confirmation of information that the Chairman of the Board will still be unavailable on August 6, 1998 due to professional commitments requiring him to be out of the country.
