Please be informed that Digitel does not have any knowledge on the block sale of about 380.0M shares which were crossed yesterday by Mr. Mark Jimenez through Anscor Hagedorn Securities. Likewise, the shares which were reported to have been accumulated by GSIS and SSS are purely speculations and have no factual basis since our stock & transfer books do not reflect such ownership by these government agencies.
