Ong Vice President, Listings & Disclosure Group RE : Postponement of Annual Stockholders' Meeting Gentlemen : Further to our letter of May 20, 1998, please be informed of the further postponement of our annual stockholders' meeting this year from August 7, 1998 to September 11, 1998 , to be held at 8:00 a.m. at the Via Mare Restaurant, Penthouse, East Tower, PSE Centre, Exchange Road, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. Further postponement of the meeting is being made to give the Company ample time within which to finalize the necessary preparations for the meeting including the preparation of their Annual Report and Definitive Information Statement, as well as other materials to be distributed to the shareholders of record prior to the meeting.
