July 17, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1654-98 EEI-MITSUBISHI SAUDI ARABIA POWER PLANT CONTRACT SIGNING . Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) recently awarded to EEI Corporation's Saudi Arabia Joint Venture Company, the mechanical erection works for four (4) units of 600 MW Gas and Oil Fired Power Plant in Saudi Arabia. MHI is the general contractor of the project that it is undertaking for Ghazlan Power Company. Signing the contract (seated from L-R) are Mr. H. Ito, Manager for Procurement and Subcontracting of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Mr. Antonio S.
