(The "Corporation") held earlier today, 18 February 1998, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Thomas Hubertus J. Palmen as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporations, effective immediately. Thereafter, the Board elected Mr. Ernest L. Cu as the new director to replace, and to serve as director for the expired portion of the term of Mr. Thomas Hubertus J.
