Grace de Guia Assistant Manager, Disclosure Gentlemen: SUBJECT : Republic Glass Holdings Corporation Please be informed that at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Republic Glass Holdings Corporation held today, January 25, 2000, the Board unanimously approved a resolution declaring a cash dividend of Fifteen per cent (15%) equivalent to fifteen centavos (P0.15) per share to stockholders of record as of February 8, 2000 payable on February 28, 2000.
