(IFC) purchased, 10,938,994 shares of Far East Bank and Trust Company (the "Bank") which is equivalent to 2.11% of the Bank's total outstanding capital stock at the purchase price of approximately Ten Million Dollars ($10.0 Million). LexLib IFC's acquisition of said shares was done through a purchase in the secondary market of shares previously owned by the Banks Staff Provident Fund.
