We reiterate our comments contained in our letters dated June 30 and July 02, 1999, that we know of no material information which can affect the unusual behavior of trading of our shares in the market. (The share price of MC increased by 50.0% from P0.0120 to P0.0180 per share while the share price of MCB increased by 50.0% from P 0.0120 to P0.0180 per share).
