Securities & Exchange Commission SEC Building, EDSA Mandaluyong City Metro Manila Dear Mr. Chairman : This will serve to inform the Commission that at the Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors of this Corporation held on Tuesday, 07 July 1998, the following were elected as officers: Mr. M.M. MARTIN Chairman of the Board & President Mr. HIRAM C. MENDOZA Senior Vice President & Corporate Secretary Ms. BELEN B. BEJASA Treasurer & Administrative Officer Although the corporate by-laws provide for the election of one or more Assistant Secretaries and a Controller, the Board decided not to elect incumbents to these positions in light of the reduced operation of the Corporation at this time.
