July 14, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1617-98 July 10, 1998 STENIEL APPOINTS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER FOR CORRUGATED CARTON DIVISION Steniel Manufacturing Corporation ("Steniel"), the holding company of the packaging interests of Metro Pacific Corporation, recently announced the appointment of Mr. Delfin P. Paycana as Chief Operating Officer of Steniel's Corrugated Carton Division effective July 1, 1998. cdlex Mr. Paycana will be responsible for the overall management of the nationwide corrugated carton business currently covering Steniel Cavite Packaging Corporation for Luzon, Treasure Packaging Corporation for the Visayas, and Metro Paper & Packaging Products Inc. for Mindanao. His former experience as Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine distribution arm of an international organization will strengthen the existing management team of the Steniel Group.
