February 18, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 160-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-I WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines, Inc., operator of Geophysical Survey and Exploration Contract (GSEC) No. 74, has temporarily suspended drilling operations on the Hippo-I well to conduct repairs on the rig which will take 2 to 3 days to complete.
