July 10, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1583-98 SUBJECT : Philtread Tire & Rubber Corporation Further to Circular No. 1378-98 dated June 22, 1998, Philtread Tire & Rubber Corporation ("PTR") informed the Exchange of the postponement of its Annual Stockholders' Meeting from June 29, 1998 to July 31, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Turf Room, Manila Polo Club, McKinley Road, Forbes Park, Makati City.
