("MRPI") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on January 11, 2000 its Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting the following changes: 1. Change of Corporate Name to EDSA Properties Holdings, Inc. ; 2. Change in Date of Annual Meeting from "any day in March" to "any day in June" ; cdlex 3. Notice of Annual Meeting to be given "at least fifteen (15) business days" prior to date of the meeting; 4. Record Date of Stockholders' Meeting Authorizing the Board to fix the record date; 5. Schedule of Regular Board Meetings Quarterly ; 6. Composition of Executive Committee To delete provisions on classification of shares; 7. Change in Corporate Seal To reflect the new corporate name. The change in name of the corporation to EDSA Properties Holdings, Inc. and the change in its stock trading symbol to "EPHI" will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Thursday, January 27, 2000.
