July 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1573-98 SUBJECT : Centro Escolar University Further to Circular No. 1486-98 dated July 1, 1998, Centro Escolar University ("CEU") furnished the Exchange a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 28, 1998 , at 3:30 p.m., at the Philippine Columbian Association, Plaza Dilao, Paco, Manila. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of July 7, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
