Ruben Almadro VP-Compliance & Surveillance Group Gentlemen : In reply to your letter of June 29, please be advised that the company is not aware of any event which might have caused the unusual movement in the trading of its shares yesterday other than the rumors which circulated that Microsoft was acquiring a 40% stake in MRC .
