Angeles Assistant, Disclosure Department RE : Article entitled "Equitable has biggest exposure in Uniwide" in the June 29, 1999 issue of the Malaya Gentlemen : This is with reference to the news article entitled "Equitable has biggest exposure in Uniwide" which appeared in the June 29, 1999 issue of the Malaya. Said article reported that we have a loan exposure of P48 million to the Uniwide Sales group. We wish to confirm that we have an outstanding loan exposure to the Uniwide Sales Group.
