July 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1564-98 July 8, 1998 Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : Please be informed that at the Board Meeting of Gotesco Land, Inc. held today, 8 July 1998, at 12:30 p.m. at the Manila Golf Club, the following actions were adopted/taken: 1. The annual stockholders' meeting scheduled on July 29, 1998 was postponed to November 25, 1998 to enable the auditors to complete the financial statement of the corporation. 2. The following were elected as members of the Board of Directors to fill up the vacancies created by the resignation of Ms. Narzalina Z. Lim and Messrs., Edgardo B. Espiritu, Arnulfo B. Aurellano and Fernando M. Gaite: Angelito Manahan Emmanuel Gervacio Jose Camus Evelyn Go After the meeting, Amado M.
