Ong Vice President-Listings and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : Please be informed that at the Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors held today, 7 July 1998, the following were elected officers of the Corporation to serve as such for the ensuing year and until their successors shall have been elected and shall have qualified: Lawrence C. Qua Chairman/President/CEO Remedios C. de Jesus Executive Vice President/COO Raymond C. Qua Treasurer Bonifacio R. Domingo Vice President Finance Romeo R. de la Rosa Vice President/General Manager Manuel R. Roxas Corporate Secretary Anna Melissa L. Rosario Assistant Corporate Secretary During the same meeting, the Board of Directors approved a U.S. $10.0 million capital expenditure for the acquisition of additional equipment and the expansion of its plant. The Board also approved an additional U.S. $500,000 investment in Stream Machine a company which produces DVD chip sets and DVD system chips.
