July 6, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1535-98 SUBJECT : Philippine Racing Club, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1453-98 dated June 29, 1998 pertaining to the sale of Mr. Edgardo B. Espiritu's entire shareholdings in Philippine Racing Club, Inc. ("PRC"), PRC informed the Exchange, in a letter dated July 1, 1998, that the 94,805,437 shares of stock held by Mr. Espiritu was assigned to various transferees.
