June 28, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1532-99 SUBJECT : Davao Union Cement Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on March 26, 1999, the listing application submitted by DAVAO UNION CEMENT CORPORATION to list a maximum of 750,000,000 common shares with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the underlying shares of the P750,000,000.00 worth of Convertible Notes due 2004. In this connection, please be advised that the Stock Transfer Agent has received notice from noteholders for the conversion of P1,493,200 convertible notes to 1,493,200 common shares. cdll In view thereof, the listing of the 1,493,200 common shares is not for Tuesday June 29, 1999.
