July 3, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1510-98 SUBJECT : Zeus Holdings, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1501-98 pertaining to Blue Circle Philippines, Inc. (BCPI) and Round Royal, Inc.'s (RRI) acquisition of shares in Zeus Holdings, Inc. ("ZHI"), ZHI submitted to the Exchange an amended SEC Form 11-C to correct a typographical error. BCPI's acquisition, as stated in Item No. 1 of said report, resulted to 40% ownership in ZHI instead of 39% as earlier disclosed. For your information. (SGD.) REYNOLD P.
