LACORTE Analyst, Disclosure Department Gentlemen : This refers to the news article captioned "DIGITEL asked to pay P411M in dues" published in today's issues of the Business World. We would like to confirm that Digitel indeed received a copy of the said letter that it is now processing the same. The amount being collected by DOTC forms part of the quarterly lease payments for the DOTC facilities that DIGITEL leases from the government.
