July 24, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1496-99 SUBJECT : Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of BACNOTAN CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES, INC . to list additional 84,893,657 common shares , with a par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the 100% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of May 4, 1999 . However, actual listing and trading of the 1,941 common shares pertaining to the 100% stock dividend of the 1,941 issued but unlisted common shares shall only take effect upon the listing of the 1,941 issued but unlisted common shares.
