June 24, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1486-99 SUBJECT : Bankard, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1342-99 dated June 8, 1999, Bankard, Inc. ("BKD") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Amended Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 16, 1999 , at 2:00 p.m., at the Francisco Santiago Hall, Mezzanine Floor, PCIBank Tower 1, Makati Avenue corner H.V dela Costa Street, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of June 16, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote, at, said meeting.
